Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your TongueLex account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is removed, and how long the process takes.

1. 1From within the app: Sign in, open Settings, scroll to the Account section, and tap "Delete Account". Confirm the warning prompt to permanently remove your account.
2. 2By email: If you can no longer access your account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to our support team. Include the words "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.

Upon deletion, the following data associated with your account is permanently removed:

• Your account profile, name, and email address
• All saved audio recordings and their analysis results
• Your analysis history and comparison records
• Subscription records and premium access entitlements
• Unlock and purchase records tied to your account
• App preferences and personalized settings

• In-app deletion: Your account and in-app data are removed immediately upon confirmation, and you are signed out right away.
• Email requests: Verified email requests are processed within 30 days.
• Residual backups: Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 daysbefore being permanently purged, but is inaccessible and not used.
