Terms of Service

Guidelines for using TongueLex

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TongueLex platform. Please read them carefully. Last updated: June 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TongueLex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided for material changes.

Acceptable Use

TongueLex is designed for spiritual exploration, linguistic analysis, and faith-based reflection. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to abuse or manipulate the analysis features in ways that harm the platform or other users.

Limitations of AI Analysis

TongueLex uses artificial intelligence to provide linguistic and spiritual insights. Results are generated by AI models and should be treated as spiritual reflection and linguistic observation — not as absolute doctrinal authority, professional translation, or certified linguistic analysis. Always exercise discernment and consult appropriate spiritual advisors.

Intellectual Property

TongueLex™, our logo, platform design, analysis methodologies, algorithms, and all original content are the exclusive intellectual property of TongueLex LLC. Users retain ownership of their uploaded audio recordings. By using our platform, you grant TongueLex a limited license to process your recordings solely for the purpose of providing analysis.

Limitation of Liability

TongueLex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to interpretation of spiritual content, reliance on AI-generated analysis, or technical interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise misuse the platform. Users may request account deletion by contacting tonguelex@divineutterance.org, as explained on our Account Deletion page.
